How do I reach support? +
Email support@apexsupply.us. We're email-only — no phone support — so there's always a written record, and we typically reply within 1–2 business days.
I didn't get my entry confirmation email +
Check your spam and promotions folders first. If it's still missing, email us the name and email address you used at checkout and we'll resend your entry numbers.
How are orders and Mystery Boxes shipped? +
Everything is packed and shipped from our St. Pete Beach, Florida facility. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Can I change or cancel an order? +
Email us as soon as you can and we'll help if it hasn't shipped yet. Note that if an order is refunded, the entries it earned are removed from that draw.
Do you have phone support? +
No — support is handled by email at support@apexsupply.us. It keeps everything documented and lets us help you faster.
How do I enter without buying? +
