The “BMW S1000RR + $5,000 Giveaway” (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding the States of Alaska and Hawaii) and shall be governed solely by applicable United States federal and state law. Do not enter if you are not an eligible U.S. resident or are otherwise ineligible under these Official Rules at the time of entry.

1.Sponsor

This Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by Apex Supply US, LLC, 672 Queen St #1022, Southington, CT 06489, United States of America (the “Sponsor”). Any questions about the Sweepstakes may be directed to support@apexsupply.us.

2.Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding the States of Alaska and Hawaii) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in their state of residence (whichever is older), at the time of entry (each, an “Entrant”).

Employees, officers, directors, members, and contractors of the Sponsor and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, and any advertising, promotion, or fulfillment agencies involved in the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Released Parties”), and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, and their spouses) and household members of each, are not eligible to enter or win. Non-compliance with any provision of these Official Rules will result in disqualification. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3.Agreement to Rules

By entering, each Entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winning the Grand Prize is contingent upon meeting all requirements set out in these Official Rules.

4.Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on July 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on August 31, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor’s server is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period are void.

5.How to Enter — Online Purchase

During the Sweepstakes Period, for every one dollar (US $1.00) of qualifying merchandise purchased at apexsupply.us, the Entrant will automatically receive ten (10) entries into the Sweepstakes.

Examples: a $20 order = 200 entries · a $50 order = 500 entries · a $100 order = 1,000 entries.

The number of entries is calculated on the pre-tax purchase amount, excluding shipping and handling and net of any discounts. Sponsor may designate certain limited items or drops — such as a Mystery Box — that earn an additional entry multiplier; any such multiplier will be disclosed at the point of sale. Sponsor may also run “Bonus Entry Periods” during which qualifying entries are multiplied; the active multiplier, if any, will be displayed on the Website. The current standing rate is 10× (ten entries per dollar).

Fraud. Purchasing merchandise to obtain entries with the intent to return that merchandise after the Sweepstakes ends is prohibited. Sponsor may disqualify and ban any Entrant it identifies or reasonably suspects is engaged in such conduct or any other manipulation of the entry process.

6.Free Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter without making a purchase, hand-print in legible writing, on a 3″ × 5″ card or piece of paper, your full legal name, complete mailing address, telephone number, date of birth, and email address. Mail the card in a #10 (business-size) envelope with sufficient postage affixed to:

Each complete and legible mail-in entry will receive one hundred (100) entries. Bonus Entry Period multipliers do not apply to mail-in entries. Limit one entry per envelope; each envelope must be mailed separately, must bear proper postage, and must be hand-printed by the Entrant. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 29, 2026 and received by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on August 31, 2026. Mechanically reproduced, automated, illegible, incomplete, or third-party-assisted entries are void. The Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or undelivered mail.

7.General Conditions

If for any reason the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned — including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes — the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual involved and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes and award the Grand Prize from among eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of such action. Any attempt to deliberately damage the Website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil law, and the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies to the fullest extent permitted. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules does not waive that term.

8.Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, each Entrant releases and agrees to hold harmless the Released Parties from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, use, or misuse of the Grand Prize, including without limitation: technical errors that prevent entry; unauthorized intervention; printing or administrative errors; and injury, death, or property damage caused directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by participation or by acceptance or use of the prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, defect, delay, communications failure, theft, or unauthorized access affecting entries, nor for technical malfunctions of any network, server, or equipment. In no event will the Released Parties be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, and any liability is limited to the actual out-of-pocket cost of entering the Sweepstakes.

9.Drawing and Notification

The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, conducted on or about September 3, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time by the Sponsor. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified using the phone number and/or email address provided at entry.

10.Grand Prize

There will be one (1) Grand Prize: a new BMW S1000RR motorcycle together with a five thousand dollar (US $5,000.00) cash payment (collectively, the “Grand Prize”). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): approximately US $30,000.00.

The ARV represents the Sponsor’s good-faith estimate; if the actual value at the time the prize is fulfilled is lower, the difference will not be awarded. No cash substitution will be made for the motorcycle, except that the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or prize component) of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The motorcycle is awarded “AS IS” without any warranty, express or implied, by the Sponsor. The winner is solely responsible for title, registration, licensing, insurance, applicable taxes, and any costs not expressly stated here. The winner must hold a valid driver’s license with the motorcycle endorsement required to operate the prize in their state of residence, must provide proof of insurance prior to delivery, and must take delivery at a Sponsor-designated location in Connecticut within seven (7) days of notice of availability; failure to do so may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

11.Additional Prize Conditions

As a condition of receiving the Grand Prize, the potential winner must sign and return, within twenty-four (24) hours of the date notice is sent, an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where lawful) a Publicity Release, and may be required to complete an IRS Form W-9. The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes arising from the prize; an IRS Form 1099 will be issued for the prize value. If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to return required documents on time, declines the prize, or is otherwise non-compliant with these Official Rules, that person may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected at the Sponsor’s discretion. Where permitted by law, acceptance of the prize grants the Released Parties the right to use the winner’s name, city/state, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited.

12.Privacy

Information collected from Entrants is used to administer the Sweepstakes and is otherwise handled in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at apexsupply.us/policies/privacy-policy. By entering, you consent to such use.

13.Disputes and Governing Law

These Official Rules and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. By entering, each Entrant agrees that any dispute will be resolved individually, without resort to any class action; that any judicial proceeding will take place in a court located in the State of Connecticut; that recovery is limited to actual out-of-pocket costs (excluding attorneys’ fees); and that punitive, incidental, and consequential damages are waived to the extent permitted by law.

14.Severability

If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15.Miscellaneous

These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between the Sponsor and Entrants regarding the Sweepstakes and supersede all prior understandings. Headings are for convenience only. No amendment or waiver is effective unless made by the Sponsor in writing. Entrant’s rights and obligations may not be assigned.

16.Winners List Request

To request the first name, last initial, and city/state of the winner, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope, postmarked within thirty (30) days after the Sweepstakes ends (by September 30, 2026), to: Apex Supply US, LLC — BMW S1000RR Winners List, 672 Queen St #1022, Southington, CT 06489, United States of America.
