This Privacy Policy describes how Apex Supply US, LLC (“Apex Supply,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit or make a purchase at apexsupply.us (the “Site”) or enter our sweepstakes.

1.Information We Collect

Information you provide: name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, and order details when you make a purchase or enter a sweepstakes. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are not stored by us. If you are selected as a sweepstakes winner, we may collect additional information required to award and report the prize (for example, identity verification and tax information).

Information collected automatically: when you use the Site we and our providers collect device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed, and similar usage data through cookies and pixels.

2.How We Use Your Information

We use information to process and fulfill orders; administer and verify sweepstakes entries and winners; provide customer support; prevent fraud and enforce our terms and Official Rules; operate, measure, and improve the Site and our advertising; and comply with legal obligations.

3.Cookies & Tracking

Our Site runs on Shopify, which uses cookies to operate the store, cart, and checkout. We also use the Meta Pixel to measure and optimize our advertising on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). These tools may collect information about your interactions with the Site. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can manage ad personalization through your Meta account settings.

4.How We Share Your Information

We share information with service providers who help us run the business, including Shopify (store hosting, checkout, and payment processing), Meta (advertising and measurement via the Meta Pixel), and shipping carriers used to deliver your order. We may also disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect our rights, prevent fraud, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information for money. Some sharing for advertising (such as via the Meta Pixel) may be considered “sharing” or a “sale” under certain state laws; see Section 8 for your choices.

5.Payments

Payments are processed by Shopify’s payment systems (including Shop Pay and other methods offered at checkout). Your full payment card number is handled by the processor under PCI-DSS standards and is not stored on our servers.

6.Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, administer sweepstakes (including record-keeping required for prize awards and tax reporting), comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

7.Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain advertising-related sharing. To exercise these rights, email support@apexsupply.us. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

8.California Privacy Rights

California residents may request access to or deletion of their personal information and may opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (including for cross-context behavioral advertising). To make a request, email support@apexsupply.us with “California Privacy Request” in the subject line. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

9.Children

The Site and our sweepstakes are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and entries from minors are not permitted. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10.Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards, and rely on Shopify’s secured infrastructure, to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11.Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them.

12.Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision, and changes are effective when posted.
