Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to merchandise purchased from Apex Supply US, LLC (“Apex Supply,” “we,” “us”) at apexsupply.us. Because our store also runs sweepstakes promotions, some items and time periods are final sale — please read Sections 2 and 3 carefully before purchasing.

1.30-Day Returns
Unworn, unwashed garments in their original condition with all tags attached may be returned within thirty (30) days of the delivery date for a refund, subject to the exclusions below. Items must show no signs of wear, alteration, or damage.
2.Final-Sale Giveaway Items
All sales become final once the related sweepstakes ends. No returns or refunds will be accepted, after a giveaway has ended, for (a) any merchandise that was part of that giveaway’s product line, or (b) any purchase made during that giveaway’s entry window. In other words, the 30-day return window in Section 1 is only available while the associated giveaway is still active and applies solely to eligible apparel as described above.
3.Returns & Sweepstakes Entries
Sweepstakes entries earned through a purchase are not reversed or refunded as a result of a return, and returning merchandise does not retroactively remove entries already issued. Purchasing merchandise with the intent to return it after a giveaway in order to obtain or farm entries is prohibited, is treated as fraud under our Official Rules, and may result in disqualification, a refused refund, and a ban from future promotions. 4.How to Start a Return
To request a return, email support@apexsupply.us with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions. Do not ship items back before receiving confirmation; unauthorized returns may not be processed.
5.Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the credit to appear. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where an item was defective or shipped in error.
6.Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except when the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item — in those cases we cover return shipping. We recommend using a trackable method; we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
7.Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@apexsupply.us within seven (7) days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
8.Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund: worn, washed, or altered garments; items missing tags or original packaging; final-sale items as described in Section 2; and any purchase made during or tied to a giveaway after that giveaway has ended.
