Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how and when Apex Supply US, LLC (“Apex Supply”) ships merchandise ordered at apexsupply.us.

1.Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of purchase. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods or giveaway launches, processing may take slightly longer.
2.Delivery Time
After shipping, delivery typically takes up to fourteen (14) days. Delivery windows are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed; weather, carrier backlogs, and other factors outside our control may cause delays.
3.Where We Ship
We ship within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally.
4.Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and destination before you pay.
5.Tracking
When your order ships, we email a tracking number to the address on your order. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking after the label is created.
6.Delays
Estimated processing and delivery times may be extended during sales, holidays, or giveaway periods, and by carrier or weather disruptions. We are not liable for delays once an order has been handed to the carrier.
7.Lost, Stolen & Damaged Packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Apex Supply is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact support@apexsupply.us and we will help you file a claim with the carrier where possible.
8.Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer; reshipment may require an additional shipping charge.
